At work, I have new changes. A colleague is leaving and more is added to my role as the Lead and Country Manager. I tried to not let the environment dictate my emotions, I always said I am not paid to allow my emotions to be affected by the changes. Work is just work. I will do what I could to complete the tasks at hand.
During this time, I was reading a book "The monk who sold his Ferrari". There are many points which resonates very strongly to me; about learning to be at peace, developing oneself, how to build habits, concentrated mind. It is a moment for me to reflect because it is really difficult to prevent outbursts of anger during spur of moments - stressful times made me into a bomb with really short fuses. I needed more inflow of Zen wisdom to manage my emotions, still so much to learn.
Brayden is really sweet, he is taking care of Bevlynn when they are at playground. She would run together with him, follow him every where he goes, and be angry at him if he make silly moves or run much faster ahead (that she could not follow). They played together and laughed together every night before going to bed. They'd fight often too... But will kiss and hug shortly afterwards.
Brayden taught me how to play the piano. He's getting better through practice.
Bevlynn was very sweet too. It was raining and she saw Yeh Yeh resting at a bench. She then asked him to walk back home with her, holding his hand along...
