VivoCity Stitch Theme | How to Train your Dragon movie

It was Father's Day and we celebrated it at VivoCity Singapore.

Outside the main entrance, there was a giant display of Stitch with balloons. Right beside it was a mini-pop-up-Carnival, mini-express train and a bouncy castle - all filled with BLUE Stitch themed plush toys and merchandises. We happily captured some nice moments with the cute alien.

Bray asked, "Where is Lilo?" O yes, how is there no Lilo around? We were so focused on Stitch, that we had forgotten about this little girl - the one who adopted an unwanted "dog"; taught him how to flirt like Elvis Presley and made him realised how important is "Ohana". Her words stuck with me after watching the movie.

"Ohana means FAMILY, Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten".

We were at VivoCity to meet Bro. He was going through some tough time, but I hoped to comfort him.

We bought discounted tickets from Golden Village to watch the newly released "How to train your dragon". Bray and Bev loved the dragons. Bev could hardly keep her eyes open until the end because it was too long for her. Although I had watched the cartoon version several times before, this live version is still a good remake and surprisingly good. With all the different versions of dragons coming together, flaunting their strengths and cutely succumbing to their weaknesses in real action; made me want to keep a pet dragon of my own (ok probably not a good idea! I am too slow to react and run away from their fire attack, likely turned into a human turkey and easy meal in the battle ring).

After dinner at Astons, we went to Timezone. Caught a Toothless plush toy from the claw machine and several mini Stitchs keychains from the candy claw machine. What lucky day!

Seems the children had more enjoyable time than Hub! Happy Father's Day
